Authorities then alleged he dragged the sign across the two-lane road before coming to a stop. According to a recent news article from ESPN, Jackson was not hurt in the crash. Witnesses say Jackson’s black Corvette sustained moderate front-end damage.

According to a recent news report form AL.com, former University of Alabama running back Altee Tenpenny died in a fatal single-car accident. A spokesperson for the highway patrol said the 20-year-old victim was driving on a major highway when he collided with a large metal sign. Witnesses say Tenpenny’s car flew through the air after hitting the metal highway sign and then started tumbling when it landed. It finally came to a stop when it crashed into a utility pole. Authorities say Tenpeny was ejected from the vehicle.

There has been a lot of speculation about whether she would be charged with negligent homicide in connection with this tragic accident, and the prosecutor’s office even said they were contemplating the possibility.

Specifically, prosecutors said they completed a charge evaluation worksheet and determined there was not sufficient evidence to prove she was driving in a criminally negligent manner. As she was not suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the deadly car accident, there would be no basis to charge her with a felony, so the only charge would have been a misdemeanor vehicle manslaughter charge. According to witnesses, she was riding in her car with her publicist on her to way to a publicity event for her movie, Night of the Wild. The driver of the car allegedly slammed on his brakes and crashed into the wreckage of a three-car accident ahead of them on the road.

According to a recent news article from CNN, Jenner may face charges of manslaughter in connection with the deadly car accident. John King, a 26-year-old country music artist best known for his hit song “Tonight, Tonight” was involved in a fatal car accident, according to a recent news article from Taste of Country. Authorities say a classic car was traveling west on U.S. Highway 158 around the Kitty Hawk, North Carolina area when its T-top roof somehow flew off the car. This occurred around 1 a.m. Once the roof flew off his car, the driver stopped and tried to get the T-top out of the active roadway and back to his car, so it could be fixed. He was stopped on a bridge at the time.

empty-road-1344295-mAuthorities say King was driving his SUV, which was pulling a trailer filled with his performance equipment, when he came upon the stopped vehicle. The car was stopped in the travel lane of the highway, and King had no way to get out of the way and collided with the vehicle. At this point, the driver who was out his car trying to recover the T-top either decided to jump off the bridge or was somehow thrown off the bridge at time of impact and landed in the water below.
